Every business has to at some point hold external meetings, from our experience this fills many with dread, not only does someone have to organise the room, invite delegates and attendees, presentations, food, transport and the kitchen sink,  but then they have to consider what equipment will be required on the day. Providing turnkey solutions for your event, we can quickly and economically transform a room into a fully functional conference facility, providing set design and build, Audio Visual equipment as well as PowerPoint, AV, sound, and lighting technicians.

We’ll kit your delegates up with lectern, lavalier mic (tie clip) headset or hand held microphones. We’ll set up the stage, presentation screen, stage set and projector as required.
