Well its all over now, a couple of minor jobs on site to do then it will just be a field again, thanks to everybody who came and had fun, but Mainly thanks have to go to Nige, Dave, Matty J, Matt S, Matt W, Mat B, Ian, Blake, Jules, Austen, The Spence family, and many others who made it such a great event, I missed out on the great beer, and saw too few of the bands, but for me it was enough that everyone was having a good, and a safe time, I would also like to thank the Council teams, the Police, and Fire brigade for their advice and cooperation, in fact I believe the safest place to be over the weekend. My only regret is that we didn't get the numbers and were not able to pass on any profit to Oxfam, I am however pleased that the event did attract some new volunteers, who will over time be of great value, so not all bad.

I planned all the PA to be small and local, so that we didn't have the spill from one area to another and of course to keep within the councils noise limits, this worked well, as did Blake's low wattage lighting, Vegen Bio electrical generation worked fine coping with the load from the Bar coolers pumps and a couple of other stalls as well as two stages with lighting. On the whole a successful Festival. So that's it till 2010, let's hope we get the numbers this beautiful event deserves!
